Before starting this business we did a great deal of research. The number one problem for consumers worldwide is finding their correct size and fit. Sizing systems do not reflect how people are now. We then researched the tailoring industry here in Vietnam. People were turning to tailors because they could not find their right size and fit not only in Vietnam but also their home country. On average less than half the people were satisfied. As some consumers put it they had a wardrobe full of mistakes. At the time we did not fully understand the reasons for this and made a decision to develop RTW clothing and accurate sizing systems. We now know why. Whether a tailor is at 50% or close to 100% accuracy is a choice. It is the choice between having a pattern maker and sewing in-house or outsourcing the sewing and bypassing the pattern making totally.
We now have three height based sizing systems in two fits for RTW clothing for men. Our sizing systems are accurate because they are based on the way people are now. It is very difficult to find a store offering this any where in the world. Yet clients overwhelmingly want an even more customised fit. We sell very little RTW clothing. Our business has been totally client driven. Even the choice of fabrics and the clothing styles have been determined by our customers over the last six years.

We provide incredible value but it is a very difficult thing to explain. A startup is a business that needs lots of customers in order to develop products that solve problems that are not widely addressed. The main way for an unknown business (especially in the clothing category) to attract customers is by low prices. We make the highest quality possible. That's our DNA. Some people cannot believe this because they judge the quality of products by price. At the other extreme some people judge us by the standards of mass produced clothing. A production line can produce more clothing in a day than we can in a year and at a massively lower production cost.
